HOW ARE YOU DOING TELETHERAPY?

I am utilizing video conferencing which is a HIPAA compliant platform. I will send out a link at the time of session. I am able to provide psychotherapy only to clients who are Colorado residents.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A SESSION?

Click here to schedule a complimentary 20 minute video or phone call to answer any of your questions, hear your concerns, and see if we could be a good fit together. From there, we will schedule together. 

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Individual and family sessions are $170 and sessions are 50 minutes long. Parent Coaching sessions are $170/hr. I do not bill insurance, though I can provide a monthly superbill to be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement if that is part of your coverage. Payment is due day of service.

DO YOU PROVIDE SUPPORT OUTSIDE OF THERAPY SESSIONS?

I do not provide crisis counseling. My lifestyle cannot provide for commitment to availability at all times. If you are experiencing a crisis and need immediate support in the Boulder area, you can visit or reach out to Mental Health Partners at https://www.mhpcolorado.org/crisis/ or call (844) 493-8255 (TALK) through NAMI to speak to a trained professional. If you feel that you need more support, or it comes to a point in our therapy that we are seeing the need for more support, we can discuss this and I can help provide a path for further resources.

ARE THERE ANY PEOPLE THAT YOU DO NOT WORK WITH?

I am not available to work with clients who are actively in serious addiction to substances, are actively experiencing psychosis, or are actively suicidal (have made gestures or attempts in the last 6 months without more acute treatment). Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions - I would be happy to clarify or provide other referrals. 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

I can currently accept credit card payment, Paypal, and Venmo. For in person sessions, I can accept checks and cash as well. Payment is due on or before the scheduled session. I require 24 hours advanced cancellation, unless there has been an emergency.
