REASONS FOR THERAPY

Here are some of the common reasons my clients seek out therapy:

• Feeling out of control
• Difficulty expressing themselves and their truth
• Experiencing shame around an event or relationship issue
• Feeling ‘stuck’ and unclear
• Needing help to process grief, both acute and developmental
• Wanting to create healthy relationships and boundaries
• Experiencing distressing emotions, fear, nightmares, etc.

Clinically, these challenges can be described as: depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma symptoms, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, and family or relationship challenges.

If any of this resonates with your experience, please reach out and we can see how I can be of support. I look forward to hearing from you!

Healing begins in relationship - with self and with other. Through the trust we build together, every part of you is welcomed to be seen, acknowledged, and accepted. From that place, we’ll draw on your innate wisdom and strength to guide the path forward.
